FINAL THOUGHTS: The first time I was ever introduced to Artisana was through their Coconut Butter. Having just jumped on the “coconut” bandwagon back before it was really even “a thing”, I didn’t know that there was going to be a difference between the oil and the butter.
…and I thought I loved coconut oil – the “butter” is ridiculous! Smooth and creamy, rich and light, coconut butter isn’t used for cooking so much as it is for “finishing” foods, desserts, sauces, etc.
