THE PRODUCTS: NibMor’s Organic Chocolate Bars: NibMor’s Organic line includes 7 rich and indulgent flavors, all of which contain between 72-80% cacao. Containing ingredients that are all Certified Organic, Gluten-Free, Vegan, Kosher, and are non-GMO Project Verified, the cocoa used is also Rainforest Alliance Certified and Fair Trade.
Using only 5 simple ingredients as their base, and then including such flavorings and spices as Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, etc., depending on the variety that is chosen, each bite of these rich and tasty bars is delicious and oh-so-satisfying. Plus, you can be certain that all of the ingredients used are pure and natural and do not contain anything artificial.
Available in Original, Extreme, Almond, Crispy, 6 Spice, Sea Salt and Mint, each bar is full of antioxidants and contains around 160 calories per serving, 110 of which are from healthy fats, as well as 4 grams of fiber, 2 grams of protein, and 8 grams of sugar, depending on the variety you choose.
NibMor’s Natural Chocolate Bars: Available in 4 decadent flavors, NibMor’s Natural line of chocolate bars give you the taste and mouth-feel of milk chocolate – minus the milk – thanks to their high cacao butter content. Non-GMO, ethically responsible and gluten-free, all of these bars contain 55% cacao and are rich and delicious without all of the extra sugar and fillers you would normally find in milk chocolate.
Available in Dark Chocolate with Raisins and Walnuts, Dark Chocolate with Blueberries, Dark Chocolate with Cherries and Dark Chocolate with Cacao Nibs, NibMor’s Natural line also contain only a small handful of ingredients with no unnecessary sugars or fillers added.

FINAL THOUGHTS: Chocolate is one of those foods that just seems “to do it”. It helps us feel better when we are down, it curbs those sweet cravings that tend to hit mid-afternoon, and it even helps to give us a boost of energy when we feel like we need it most.
Whether eaten by itself or as a component of another dish, there is no denying that chocolate is a go-to ingredient for most of us women. And best of all, many health gurus actually have added it to the “Superfoods” category thanks to all of its antioxidants.
However, not all chocolate is created equal and unfortunately a good majority of it has so many additional fillers and artificial ingredients added that it cancels out all of the good-for-you properties that you were hoping to get in the first place.
