FINAL THOUGHTS:
Being pregnant – and then nursing – it seems like there are endless lists of things you can and cannot eat, use or be around, etc. Moreover, it seems like these items are always changing and a product that was once deemed safe, can now cause major harm to you and/or your baby, and vice versa. Now add to that all of your other pregnancy and breastfeeding worries and to say it’s frustrating is the least of it!
Besides what we eat, I find what we put on our skin to be the next major cause of concern – due to the fact that everything we use gets absorbed by the skin (our largest organ) and then will often enter the mother’s bloodstream.
