It’s quite the letdown when you’re all psyched to get your workout on and the first thing you encounter is a bench slick with someone else’s sweat. And let’s not forget about hand hygiene–a quick wash or a dab of the hand sanitizer that’s around can go a long way in keeping everyone’s workout sniffle-free.

The Role of Gym Staff in Promoting Hygiene

While gym goers have their hygiene to manage, the gym staff shoulders a significant responsibility in setting the standards. These diligent folks are on the front line, ensuring that hygiene protocols are up to scratch. From routinely disinfecting equipment to restocking the bathrooms with soap and clean towels, their contribution to a germ-free environment is indisputable.
