Mix olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary sprigs in another bowl. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and toss until they are all coated. Then, place the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Apple-Fennel Slaw

Who doesn’t love banana bread? This recipe is perfect when you have extra overripe bananas on hand that you need to use up. Not only does this recipe taste delicious, but thanks to the bananas, provides a source of dietary potassium and B vitamins.
The ingredients you will need for this recipe include ripe bananas, almond butter (you can use any nut butter you like), eggs, coconut flour, vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste, baking soda, and salt.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit before lining a loaf pan with parchment paper. Mash the bananas in a bowl until there are no chunks left, then mix in the eggs along with some salt. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit before greasing a loaf pan with coconut oil. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until they are smooth. Add the almond butter, coconut flour, vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste, baking soda, and salt. Mix everything well before pouring it into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Crab Salad
