Vermont Village Vinegar Shots Review

Sipping Vinegar Never Tasted So Good

I’ve told you all before that I’m a big fan of Apple Cider Vinegar, although not so much for the taste but because of its health benefits. Well thanks to Vermont Village and their Sipping Vinegars and Vinegar Shots, you can now get a more enjoyable dose of vinegar that you will actually enjoy drinking!

For Moms, Moms-To-Be and Toddlers 2 Years+*,

THE PRODUCT:

It shouldn’t be a shock when I say that drinking apple cider vinegar alone can be unappetizing. However, we all know how great the health benefits can be, which is why many of us continue to choke it down day after day. Well thanks to Vermont Village and their line of Sipping Vinegars and Vinegar Shots, you can now have a more enjoyable way to get in your daily dose. With their combination of Organic & Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey and a Fruit or Root, with no water, processed sugars or additives – simply drink as is, in still or sparkling water, cocktails, smoothies, on salads, or how ever else you may choose. It’s all good!

Available in small bottles or convenient, individually packaged vinegar shots, you can toss them in your backpack, purse, gym bag or carry-on to make sure that you always have a serving of Apple Cider Vinegar right when you need it! They also come in multiple flavors, including: Blueberries & Honey, Cranberries & Honey, Turmeric & Honey, Ginger & Honey and their Double Shots variety, all of which pack their own tasty and unique punch to the bitter ACV you are used to.

NUTRITION-WISE:

Vermont Village’s Apple Cider Vinegar is both Raw (another word for unpasteurized) and Unfiltered; which is to say, the Mother Culture of acetic bacteria that is used to convert hard apple cider to vinegar is still alive in the bottle. The mother can take several forms, from thin, string-like fibers, to something that sort of resembles a drum. This is 100% normal and is totally safe to consume and is what separates a good ACV from a great one!

All of Vermont Village’s products are also Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified, along with being Raw, Unfiltered and Unpasteurized with the Mother, as mentioned above. Furthermore, Vermont Village is an Allergen Free Facility and all of their products are produced in buildings that only process vinegar, fruit, fruit products, teas, charcoal, spices (cinnamon and nutmeg) and Vitamin C. These ingredients are by nature free of the top 7 allergens (which include: Milk, Egg, Fish, Crustacean Shellfish, Tree Nuts, Wheat, Peanuts and Soy). Additionally, they do not store or produce any items in their facility using these ingredients.

Containing around 25 calories and 6 grams of sugar per 1oz serving, you’ll be surprised at how much better you feel when you take a shot of Vermont Village every day!

*The vinegars by Vermont Village are not only great tasting and healthy, but they will benefit both kids and adults alike. However, the taste may still take some “getting used to”, which is why I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for young toddlers. Plus, there is quite a bit of sugar for someone so small – although a little sip here or there or a tiny bit used in a dressing, for example, definitely wouldn’t do any harm and is actually a great idea to help introduce the bitter taste to children (as opposed to sweet everything)! Since they do contain honey though, please do not give to any child younger than 1-year because it may contain botulism, which is potentially deadly to young bodies.

Case in point: the Sipping Vinegars and Vinegar Shots by Vermont Village. Putting a tasty spin on your typical Apple Cider Vinegar, not only are these products Organic and still contain the Mother (essentially the most important aspect of ACV), they come in multiple flavors, that, when mixed with Seltzer Water, taste pretty darn good, if I do say so myself! You can also just drink them straight-up, if that’s more your thing, or mix them in, or pour them on, just about anything you would use other vinegars or even juices for – they are that good!

Don’t believe me? Give them a try and tell me you aren’t hooked! Plus, you are doing something great for your body, so it’s worth a try – am I right?! Because it’s those small steps that make healthy living a lifestyle, so why not take one today?!
