What is Kombucha? Is it Good For Me? Does it Have Side Effects?

Posted by Jessica Boscarini on Monday, April 11, 2016, In : Health/Nutrition

Known as the “Immortal Health Elixir” by the Chinese and originating in the Far East around 2,000 years ago, until recently, kombucha had been known as a “hippy drink” that only “crunchy” people enjoy.
