Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays. It’s
a great excuse to dress up, hang out with friends, decorate the house, and let
that little ounce of “odd ball” come out that we are all trying to hide the
rest of the 364 days of the year. Really, it’s all about being a kid again.
As most holidays are, Halloween is centered around food and
treats, giving us all another reason to indulge. Yet, Halloween, more than any
of the others, is all about the candy, making it even harder to find healthy
alternatives to all the indulgences.
