Summer always has a way of doing that – as does this endless COVID cycle with all the uncertainty, constantly changing rules and regulations, and just plain stress of it all!
But hey, it doesn’t have to be that way! I can’t promise you’ll want to go out and run a marathon, but I can tell you that taking little steps day by day can add up to something great!
Say drinking enough water isn’t your thing, and you’ve been suffering from lack of energy, lethargy, headaches, etc. but can’t seem to figure out why. Try taking the simple step of drinking a glass of water! Drink around 8oz first thing when you wake up in the AM, and then one more glass every hour, on the hour, throughout the day until an hour before going to bed (I don’t want you waking up 3+ times to use the bathroom in the night like my growing baby tells me to do – haha)!

Making a to-do list and tracking your progress can also do major things for motivation and staying on track as can reconnecting with your passions, scheduling in self-care, and practicing mindfulness, to name a few.
